OUR COMPANY
Alt Street Property Group is a property investment and development company that hold long term property assets in the UK. Established in 2017 in Milton Keynes, Alt St Property revives tired, unloved houses and turns them into modern accommodation for young families as a long term solution.
A sister company, named Alt Street Room Solutions was established in 2019, providing design led accommodation by room via House of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs), catering for young professionals in nearby Northampton.

Alt Street Property Group was created in 2017 after directors Sarah & Andrew Watt migrated to the UK from Australia in 2016. Based in Milton Keynes, the company invests in long term buy to
let property. The company was named after the first buy to let property bought in 2011 which was located on Alt St, Ashfield in Sydney, Australia. It currently holds 2x single let houses based in
Milton Keynes.
