We are on a mission to make renting better.
At Alt Street Property, we don't just create houses. We create homes with a vibrant social community, where our tenants can make friends and create a cohesive atmosphere in their own homes as well as the wider community.
Our designs cater for a diverse range of the modern young professional in Northampton. Some of our houses include a pool table, bar & yoga & welless corner. All our properties are equiped for working from home with business broadband speeds of up to 350mbps as well as private outdoor spaces for a relaxing space in the summer.
We also facilitate Coliving Events for the wider Alt Street Community to come to together and socialise.
